hi good day,

Pleaethanks
advice if a house was bought in comunity of property and there was a divorce where the house needs to be sold. The person living in the house still wants to move but house not sold yet and he will be renting the house is it not stated that he needs to pay the other party half of the rent money till the deal is done (house sold)

assistance will be highly appreciated
