Hi, I am 18 and matriculated in 2015. I moved out of my parents house January 2016 when I was already 18. I currently live on Hermanus and my parents in Cape Town. I have a job as a personal assistant and I have a home and can support myself. Me and my parents do not have a very good relationship. So now they are forceing me that they will come and fetch me and pack my bags and make me move back and that they will call my boss and tell him to cancel my contract. They believe they have a say where I live till I am 21 and they say im onley legal to choose where o want to stay when I am 21. I just wanted to know what is the legal age to move out and if it is 18 what can I do to prove it is 18.
