I need advice desperately my have 2 kids my ex has now started cheating on me but he has a drinking problem and abuses me so I've now decided my kids don't need this anymore they are scared of their father. I was retrenched but got another job but its half day and the pay is 3500 a month my rent is 6400 excel electricity I was paying it before retrenchment but tables have turned now he paid it for the months I didn't have a job my problem now is I need him to move out as the constant fighting isn't good for the kids my car broke and I've been walking to work and fetching the kids on foot he refuses to help fix the car and has said he will nit be paying the rent at the end of the month I want to know how or what I can do if he doesn't pay half the kids and i will get kicked out!
