I was stoped by metro police as I was going over the limit and given a fine of R800 and a court date which was in February this year. I did not go to court as I thought that I was at fault and will pay the fine when I have enough funds.I now have the funds but when I went online I found the paycity website the fine is listed but greyed out,

When I enquire further, I am told that because I ddnt go to court, a warrant of arrest could have been issued and I should hand myself to police.

I want to sort this out without being arrested, what are my rights and what process should I follow.

All I want is to pay this and get it over with.
