Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi
My bond has been handed over to the Legal department because of being in arrears. I have been calling them to make arrangements and i have been making payments to try and cover the arrears. The bank has still gone ahead and put a default judgement to my name and keeps adding more legal fees irrespective of the fact that im making payments. What can I do in this case?
