Good day i was served divorce papers 3 weeks ago my date of court apperance is on the 24th November. i have not contested anything. My husband hired a private attorney and had a contracr drawn up. I had no representative. He is now threatning to throw me out of our home. And take my car away which was bought as a gift. I have just started working. Please advise
