Hi,
I purchased a vehicle (Ford Fiesta) on Sunday, 15th of January 2017 from a second hand delearship in Joburg.
I asked if the vehicle was never involved in an accident and they said no it was a repossesed vehicle.
On Tuesday, the 17th i suspected that the vehicle may be a rebuild, i took it to a Ford approved delaership and they confirmed that. I took it for Roadworthy and they prioved that the car was involved in an accident. I also went to PG glass and they confimed the glass was poorly fitted.
All the places i have went to proved that the vehicle was indeed involved in an accident.
My main concern is that the delaership were dishonest and told me the vehicle was a reposessed from a bank.
I am trying to contact them for a refund but they dogging me.
I first send them an email, called them and send them a follow up whatsapp message on Tuesday, that is two days i have purcahsed the vehicle.
What should be the next step i take from here as i would like a refund.
