Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Western Cape
Sir
I have a question regarding the balance we owe on our car – according to me the debt had its birthday. I have not received any correspondence or a summons from the attorneys. I spoke to them today, as I need the natis documents, and they informed me of a balance on the car. What is my legal rights regarding this? He is talking about 30 years in which the car still belongs to the dealer, even after the debt was written off?
Please advise
Thank you
