I need legal advice concerning Intercape bus services. I bought tickets for my family a trip from cape town to eastern cape. Supposetly we depart from 4 may 2020 bt because of the covid-19 pademic.they sent me a voucher of three years intead of refunding me my money back so what should i do .is there a legal action that i can take against them coz i want my money back.
