A account was handed to attorneys for collection for the amount of R3500 I contacted the attorneys and submitted a copy of my payslip with my expenses and a offer of R500 per month to settle the account my offer was rejected by the attorneys now I have a judgement on my name for a account I wanted to pay but was not allowed to pay as my offer was rejected. What can I do to rectify the situation as I wanted to pay this account but was not allowed to do so by the attorneys.
