my ex husband passed on last year July. he was a pastor the church. they paid a car for him that was registered in his name. he was paying them R3000.00 as a repayment of the loan. there is no signed agreement betwwen the paries. they took thecar emmediatly after his death. we had a will that stated clearly that i am the sole benefeciary. they demand R128 000 from the estate

can i open a criminal case agaist the church? they never spoke to me about the money that as to be paid.
