Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Gauteng
My late brother's son was arrested for posession of stolen goods tbe 1st week in September. He has appeared 6 times and every time the case is postponed. He has a drug problem and I've applied to submit him to Noupoort rehad for a year and he eas accepted but the caseremains postponed. I phoned the state prosecutor office and were told that they will let him go to Noupoort but today the case eas postponed again. What do I do?
