Good Day

Im currrently nder debt review since 2012. I paid all my creditors except one in full. In 2015 I obtained information that the debt counsellor after 3 years, did not obtain a a court order for the one creditor that im still paying. What can I do. Im desperate and ids it possible for me to request a refund on service charge as they did not do what I paid them for , for example obtaining all court orders. As per legislation you can go under debt review if all court orders is not obtained and should be obtained within 30 business days.
