Hi,

Been married for 2 years tomy wife and we have a 4 year old child together. we have bought a house together and are both the registered owners.
We recently had a heated argument which turned violent, no blood or bruises except for me with a cut lip, which im not too bothered about, the main concern is that i walked out the house to calm things down and she locked me out and will not allow me back into the house. I let this go on for 2 days in the hope that i could return. I eventually was allowed to go to the house and collect a few belongings, whilst there i tried to amicably talk it out and assert that i needed to return home, she did not agree but suggested we go and see a councillor which i agreed to. Went to see the councillor together and it went very well, afterward she invited me home where she made me dinner, i fed the dogs, spent some time with my daughter and took her to bed. After all that, I said that I would like to return, she refused and said she needs more time.
This is very concerning to me, I am getting advice from multiple sources telling me that i need to just return to the house and if you get refused entry you get the police to escort you back in.
I need advice i am not sure what to do. I have recovered my keys so I have access.

Thank you.
