Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal

Good day,

I am doing part time Forex Trading using a FSCA Regulated and South African Based Forex Broker. My Trading account is registered using my company cridentials and I am transacting to and from my Trading account using my business bank account.

Am I allowed to trade for close family members and a friend? This will not be a financial service provided by me, only adding their funds to my trading account and keep record of profits and losses. These individuals will be my wife, sister in law, duaghter, step son and step daughter and one close friend.

If yes, how do I handle and report payouts to them from my business bank account.

Thank you in advance.
