I applied with Maxlaw to be removed from Debt review, I was not ordered by court it was my own dicision. Maxlaw said that I sould pay R550 and R2500 for the whole process, but all I have had is trouble. They never give me feedback on my case and every time I get other excuses. I would like to cancell my contract with them and move my contract to Campbell attorneys, but maxlaw is refusing the refund or cancelation refusing to give me the documents on my file on how far the process is so that Campbell attorneys can take my case further.
I need to know what I can do in this instance. I have paid maxlaw allot of money and they have been handeling my case since May 2017 and still no further in my case or any assistance feedback or updates.
