MY LEASE HAS EXPIRED AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2014. i HAVE ALTERNATE PLACE BUT WILL ONLY BE READY TOWRADS THE END OF OCTOBER 2014. i ASKED THE LANDLORD IF I COULD STAY ON FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER. i DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ANSWER. I GET A CALL FROM THE NEW TENANT TODAY TELLING ME THAT HE IS MOVING IN ON SATURDAY THIS WEEK.

WHAT I CAN I DO TO SORT OUT AMICABLY.
