hi i am a mom of three who worked from hom ewith my own small signage business. i sold my business equipment and got a deposit in may to a very persistant and sweettalking buyer. monthly payments should follow till end oct 2019. no payments after deposit has been received. I asked via email, whatsapp and in person, yet no money was received. can i now go repossess my equipment? what is the implications if i do that? if i give him notice of it, he will move my equipment...! i am afraid of loosing everything! i am also currently employed as the manager at his new shop which he threatened to close down last month due to financial strain. please help me, Amanda
