Good morning. My brother is from swaziland although he was born I south africa matriculated this side. His dad is a South African. He does not know his mother. Now his dd went to swaziland during December holiday and he was gunned down then he passed on. So my brother came this side to fix his dad pension fund papers at work and he got arrested as he does not have south africa papers. His dad was in a process of helping him to do his papers so he got arrested for illegal immigrant and he is reminded for 13th March. Charge will be 2 years in jail or 6000 fine. Now I want to know if I pay the 6000 for him to come out will they want it in cash or installment as I'm a South African and I can arrangement payment option. Please advice
