Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State
I need advice on this, my brother passed away and my cousin took my mother to do letter of authority and affidavid that everything should be done by him now the problem is my mother says she didn't know what she was signing for and my cousin said there was no funeral policy or funds in his bank acc which we found false after I saw a letter from a bank stating he had funeral policy. So now my mother needs to know the amount of money my brother had in his bank accounts the person who has the letter of authority does cooperate. What can we do
