Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng
Good Day,
I would like to get some legal advise. I purchased a car June 2018 from a dealership. I drove the car for 3 week and it broke down. I contacted the dealership and they advised they would collect the vehicle and gave me a load car. However i get no feedback on what is happening with my car and its been almost 2 months that they have had the car and i still done have it back.
I now dont want that car back as i feel there is more wrong with the car than they are telling me.
Please advise if i am able to return the car.
Regards
Tammy
