Hi there

i am urgently lookig for case law where a wife is 9 months pregnant with her second child and they both work, but they decide as a family that the wife should resign and be a housewife for their two infant children and husband. and the husband would financially carry the family but tragically the husband dies in a car accident 3days after the birth of their second child.
