Hi
I need some advice. My daughter's father in incarcerated for child rape and molestation for 18 years. He is currently on year 7. I succeeded in getting tting him to sign to change her surname in 2014. Now I want to get her passport sorted in case of immigration better future for her. He is really nasty and told me he will fight me for her. How do I Proceed in getting custody of her before he gets eligible for parole.
