Good Evening, my sons biological father whom I was not married to called me avout 2 years ago, and gave me a certified affidavit that he signs off his son and that I should cange his name and surname, I got a court oder to change his name and surname, which I did and I changed his surname to my husbands surname, my son is almost six years old and in this period his biological father has not contributed anything or his birth, but his name is on my sons birth certificate, after 2 years his biological father now contacted me and threatens me that the affidavit he gave me is unlegal and now wants contact with his son, I want to remove him from my sons birth certificate and want to know what rights he actually has?
