Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng

Morning, I have my kids in my care after a divorce.

The thing is, The new lady in the picture is abusing my kids.

Can I keep my kids away from her (him), they are so traumatized and does not want to go there anymore. He can see the kids at his moms place.

The first thing he is going to say to me is that he is going to stop paying maintenance (court order)

How can I handle this?

The kids are frightend and does not want to go there anymore.

He gets kicked out of the house every couple months and then moves back and constant fighting even when the kids are there.
