Myself and a colleague didnt get our retrenchment package from the company while everyone else got there's.
According to the Ccma docs our last day of work was the 23.08.2019.We were then ask to come and assist the last week of August,which we did but because there wasnt much to do we left 3pm dailly.
So when we didnt recieve our money we phoned HR and was told we not getting it because the acting site manager said so and he send a mail to the MD.
I have asked to see this email but get no reply and we even send proof that we where in work the last week of August to assist.
But they adamant we not getting any money because we where in breach of contract.
