Question posted in the General Law category relating to Limpopo
I lived in Port alfred, my son bought a car for me in Pretoria and I transered the money to him. Hesaid that he had to register the car in his name according to We buy cars. He now refuses to give me ownership. I paid for a lot of defects on the car and can prove all the expense? What can I do
