good day

i need to know about my rights and any course of action I can take to get justice for an injury on duty that I sustained while employed at the mines. I was injured by the machine I was operating due to its ergonomics. the injury was sustained over time and the company physiotherapist wrote a report recommending that i should be removed from that particular machine and undergo immediate physiotherapy in July 2014 and this was not done. i continued to be instructed to operate the same machinery for six months and only removed due to the instruction of a private physiotherapist that recommended heavy dose medication for my back injury pains.

i was on sick leave for the year 2015 and dismissed in the year 2016 and attended the ccma and settled under the representation of an attorney from Chisora attorneys who advised me to settle for an agreement that has not benefitted me to date. i have not received any compensation for my injury as the RMA requested a COIDA report from the doctor that I could no longer afford to get due to a lack of finances for medical visits. What can I do to get my case represented and compensation recovered?
