my husband atarte divorce proceedings in april 2015, still waiting for date, settlement is he pays schoolfees (which he pays)and medical (when child is sick he just says he has no money) promised if he has money he will send, he is "self imployed", from february he just says no money!, i filed for maintanance, his mother and father are finacially very well off, his cousin is a lawyer i dont have family only our 6 year old son, he told me if i continue to go for maintanance they will stop divorce proceedings, and start with fighting for our son and me to pay him maintanance!!! i did try to go and stop it but its already been sent our date for maintanance court is 5 october 2015, he got a stand out of me, money for his one business he tried and me supporting him for a long time, am i screwed? cause it feels like it!!!!
