Good day

I had a credit withh african bank , and i lost my job january , and after a while a got ajob in march again so i received a call from diffrent company calll centre cape town that they need me to pay minimum amount, i could t cuase last month my husband was affected with strike,, and i went directly to the store to inform them and we made an arrangemnet through african hea office, and i reported the matter with head office that i received a call from capetown reagrding my account,, and the lady was supprised ,,

now same day i came back from the bank i received a cll from the capetown lady asking whyy i did not pay so i xplained nicely that i had an unforseen problem and went to the store to apologise and made an arrangemnt ,, yoooo she shouted as to why i did not call her,, i explained thati did not have her number and i thought it was a right think as i believe their system should be linked,,

and for my understanding the african bank lady should have told me that my account has been handed over to debt collectors and should deal with them and give me number , but she assisted and checked everything on thesystem and we made an arrangement and she ws so helpfull,

now i am receiving a calls from zoliswa while i am at work and she is rude asking when am i going to pay , and i sked her that our last conversation i told her that i made an arrangement , and also requested her not to call me everday , she shouted saying that , she will call me everyday and must deal with that,, i

this is disturbing how can i stop this ,,,not to happen ,, her call centre number is 021 830 300,, and 021 8143 4700
