Hi there

I have been living with my maternal grandparents for about 20 years. My mother and younger sister also stays with us since May 2019. This year May/June, my grandparents passed away and they have not left behind a will. A recent family fight with my mother's 2 brothers turned really ugly and they (my mother's brothers) tried to force out of the home. We refused to leave as I will be moving out of the house nect year April. Now my mother's brother is actoning lawyer's to mail me lease agreements to stay on the property even though the property is not his. My grandparents property effectively becomes an intestate estate case, and accordingly will be split between my mother and her two brothers once it reaches the master's court etc. I want to know, in the interim are my mother's brothers allowed to harrass us and send us lawyers demands to pay a lease on the property if nobody as yet been appointed executor to the estate? I have not responded to the lawyers emails, what are our rights in this regard?
