Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

HI ..

I work as a tech guy for an entertainment company.

Well my problem started about two weeks ago when I came back to work from sick leave.

I was called by my Manager/ Team leader to go upstairs to take a polygraph test because two ladies saw me noticing them doing fraudulent things and didn't report it[i was never even asked first if I saw such a thing].

Well the guy doing the test gave me a consent form to sign of which I then asked for permission to call my Attorney and i was denied that right, ended up signing the consent form, did the test and was just told that i passed..

The problem that i have now is that 1. I was never given notice via sms, call even by email 2. i was never given a copy of the consent form 3. i was not even given a copy of the results.

So my question is if there is any legal step I can take to at least get my dignity back, thank you.

NB::ive recorded the whole test on my phone without the guys' knowledge.
