I am trying to finalise my late husband'...

I am trying to finalise my late husband's estate.

I have been trying to get an update on the L&D account of my late husband’s estate that was supposedly submitted to the Master on 19 August 2024.  I am the Executor of the estate but the attorney administering the estate has not been able to give me any updates other than excuses for not being able to.  Now this can be true, but this attorney initially submitted the L&D the beginning of July 2024 without my signature and signed it herself because, as she told me when confronted, she had power of attorney.  I told her that was no excuse and that I had to sign and approve the L&D, so she submitted it again with my signature, as well as with a few changes and new vouchers (too long to go into it here but one of them was her fee).  At the beginning of 2023 he had taken her share of 3.5% from the Late Estate bank account without my consent, and I only found out because I went to the bank to request statements after becoming suspicious of her for various reasons.  Is there a way I can get an update on the L&D’s submission and approval without going through her, since she is not giving me anything?   Would there be a reason she is stalling?  She has taken her fee and as far as I can tell it would be better for all parties to bring this to a close.  It was a simple Estate and my husband passed away in 2022 so it should have been finalised by now.
