Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
i recently went thru a divorce and one of the conditions werethat i pay my ex out for our house ,the average value of our valuations. her value was 1495000, my value was 870000 and the municipal vaue is 880000. what do i do as her valuation is twice ours?
