Good Day

My mother has purchased a vehicle for me on her name as I did/and probably still dont qualify to do so due to poor credit. I have physically had the car in my possession for more than a year now and I have made all the payments via her bank account (they deduct the monies from her account which i transfer every month from my account to hers). Now, she has been threatening me saying that she will take the car and because she hates my boyfriend who drives the care frequently.

I now need to know if she actually does take the car from me, which I have been paying, can she really get away with it?

Hoping you will get back to me as soon as possible.

Chantal
