Good day sir/madam
I would like to get a legal advice on behalf of my mom,she worked for a cleaning company for over 10 years and was unfairly dismessed 4 years back and she has been going to courts trying to find help which she never did and ended finding a lawyer who asked if she can atleast pay a fee of R1500 for them to start helping her and than they will settle whatever amount that will be outstanding once her money is cleared out and she did pay the requested amount early last year but since than we have been strugglish to get hold of the lawyer,she keeps on changing her numbers and whenever we can reach her she always has an excuse and ask to give her time to call her back on which she never does. My mother hasnt received any money for all the work she has done for 10years,No blu card or UIF literally nothing and she hasnt been working ever since.Please help me on where to go from here and if we can request the money we payed to the lawyer who cannot help her.
