Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng

As a woman who was staying with my partner (deceased) for 8years,and doing everything together.wgst are my rights as some of the things we were putting them under his name.what are my chances of winning the case as his family is demanding all of the assets we had together.

And i have been put as beneficiary in all the funeral policies,and I had to take care of everything as in debts because he was no longer working for 3years.
