I am seeking advise concerning my case with the RAF.
I was summonsed to court on the 30th of October 2019 and the court ruled in my favor. I only received a draft of my Court Order
from my lawyers and they have told me it takes three months to get the original. I would like to know if this is true and how it works?
Another query is, I have to take a loan to cover an emergency operation. when I phoned my attorneys, I was told they have their own company they deal with and if I want to get my own I will have to pay an additional R4000 for them to write up an agreement.
they also telling me that I can only be assisted with a small amount from their company that won't cover a fraction of my surgery. Please I need urgent advice
