Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape

I need to know what are my legal rights if somebody promised you employment & made you feel like part of the business because I looked for the office & found one, we set up, bought stationery & furniture  together.  We  started communicating  with the clients and he gave me a title for the role to play. But now he's acting strange, saying he's out of town, doesn't call instead he's using sms, and told me to take a break while he's busy working on something to benefit the business. I don't know where I stand coz now I'm feeling depressed with his behavior.

He gave me a figure that I'll  be earning and a title though it was verbal. But with sms few days ago I reminded him all what he said regarding my salary & responsibilities. He answered " Noted"
