Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Mpumalanga
In 2015 June I was arrested and charged for a fraud case. I appeared twice in court and the detective said they are still investigating. The 3rd time November 2019 I was told that the sheriff of the court will be sent to advise when I should appear again in court.
Since then no communication has been received. I went to court in 2019 to enquire and was told the case was "Struck off the roll"
This case is showing pending when I look for employment. And its 6 years now.
Please assist how I can get this case off my name.
