Am an Execution creditor ,the sheriff's asked me to get Rule 38 form from the court and R3000 .We pursing a payment of R7000.Am getting worried if the process will bring back the money that am paying for service and the one which ordered to be paid to me .The sheriff's advised me that they have attached the goods and then just need to collect attached property.is there a garrantee that the Execution Debtor might not come with other legal challenges that will be too costly to me or it's just a straight forward case now collection and auctioning the property
