Question posted in the Malpractice Law category relating to Gauteng

my partner been accused of having agreed to buy a business  for the amount of R350k which is strongly deny having entered into such an agreement verbally or otherwise.  summons were served on her and we responded in to defend the matter  with the Johannesburg Cormmercial Crime Unit Regional Court.  but we do not know how to proceed further and thus we need a probono  lawyer to help us.

We are of the opinion that the Plaintiff is taking advantage of the fact that my partner ia a Chines Window and thus he is harrassing her and threatening her.  We thus would like to also  lay a harrsament claim against this Ethopean man who try to exact his powers over  my partner.

I hope this clarify the matter and thus will recieve urgent attention.
