good day

im had an account(credit card) wth FNB ithought the account is settled until recently when trying to buy a car and wesbank declined me.they refferd me to their lawyers; CONNACK MÜLLER & CO.I made contact with the law firm and they just thumbsucked that i owe R19700 without giving me an original debt document.i am one person would takes his finances seroiusly,i would like tgo pay this debt but i need transparencey .the least they could do is to send me a breakdown of all the fees they charged.this account is almost ten years old .whta can i do to force them to give me original documents.remember i was never contacted or handed any summons even though i have stayed in the same adress for 12 years  and used the same cell number.the other thing is what if the debt has been prescribed ?
