I have a question regarding the labour law 

I was summarily dismissed from work on the 15th if April and believe that I was unfairly dismissed from  work. On the 30th of March same year I got a final warning for a minor thing and now dismissed for a minor thing

I want to know if its legal for receive a final written warning on first instance of a mistake without just a written warning. 

And what steps sho uld I take with regards to my dismissal at work
