To whom it may concern:

I was assuallted by Metrorail/Prasa Security at Muizenberg Station. I was racailly abused then threatened to be kiiled before the gaurd ran across the tracks jumoed onto my platform and hit me with a large kitchen knife on the head. I suffered concussion and require medical treatment.
There are now a number of similar cases of assualt by Metrorail/Prasa Security. I would like to hold Metrorail/Prasa Security management responsible for the culture of their staff and contractors. This is the CEO responsibilyt as it has aoccured regulary and I would like to know if I can pursue vicarious liability against the management of the legal entity. I assume its the Government and can I then pursue the Minister or Government itself?
I opened a case but I have not been able to find the gaurd therefore I would like pursue Management and Government in this case.
Any advice in stopping this ever increasing problem/
