Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I got dismissed from work. I received a call on the 4th June 2019 from external company that I should attend interview on the 5th June 2019,I then asked my boss for leave on the 5th, my boss refused, I then sent her sms later on thet 4th around 7pm that I'm not feeling well so that I can attend interview. I have sick note saying that I consulted on the 6th but not fit to work on the 5th
Please note that I was on treatment from 1st June till I got better on the 6th
