Question posted in the Property Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Hi I live in woodview Phoenix in durban. I have a free standing home but my home is built on the boundary that separates my home and my neighbours home. My neighbour is now building a double storey home and is attaching his home to my home. I spoke to town planning, half of them agree with my neighbour, the other half says it is illegal for him to do that. I signed no consent forms. What do I do. He works for the municipality.
