Hi i have a question.

My late uncle died last year, he was married but he and his wife never lived together for sometime now so his only son ended up taking care of him till he died the wife was never involved in anything he did nor did she cared for him her daughter beforehand do as she had please by collecting everything that is in the best condition and give him the broken stuff.

Yet since his son cared for him in his while his wife wasn't there when he needed her, she had appeared out of nowhere to claim everything there was no will nothing. His son ended up living in his house but was wrongfully kicked out nou the wife's kids lives in his home his step children.

I just want to know what i could do.
