Okay, so my question has a lot of influences. So as the employee I committed malpractice of minor theft at the workplace, I was then told by my supervisor to leave instantly. I have not been given a hearing, just fired without pay. I want to claim my outstanding psy as well as my leave pay. In this company I have been denied access to medical care as I was injured by the machinery and when I asked to go to the hospital the assistant manager denied me "Injury On Duty" as well as transport to a hospital. I had to walk to the nearest hospital, the days I then took off prescribed by the doctor I was not paid sick leave. What is your opinion on this subject?
