Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
Are you sure that they did not provide you with a service of applying for a loan?
If so, they can charge a fee which is agreed upon.
If you don't pay the fee, then they will charge you interest and sue you (letters of demand and a summons) to get their money.
If they didn't provide you with any service, email them and tell them to get lost.
Att. Patrick
